Yes, I also think this is a bad choice. Saw Philippines' cbt this weekend and msia/sg for the upcoming week.
Btw, Philippines' version not ip blocked, just need beta keys like previous cbt. Dunno need to renew key or not.

Was having problem with Bittorrent installer, but not with the game installer...weird
