hi! im new to bf4. is it wort it to buy premium one? and where to buy it :?

If u're playing by urself then not worth it. But if u got a bunch of frens with premium...then u really don't hav a choice.

can i know what do you mean by that? like if i buy the normal one so i cant play online or...? im a ps4 user and i subscribe ps+

You can play online without premium. Just play first and decide later for yourself if it's worth

its fine...just play on normal map first. then only decide if you want to get premium or not.
some of us also still playing on normal map despite already have 2 DLC released
