Some sq leaders couldn't be bother w obj set as their max rank up & too busy buffing their KDRs
Eg- in zavod when u joined me

Some have no idea & are too busy trying to just stay alive, lol

It's a waste though, easily 1-2k of XPs worth of squad play in a game

It is... Sometimes it works & sometimes the flags overlaps
More difficult in a vehicle
If u spam it, commod menu will pop up & will get u killed

Anyway being a squad leader gets you extra 25% of XPs when sq orders are achieved

Also zal, use your boost... Might as well
