Yeah used to have [MBT] but they are mostly on PC back in the pre-BF3 days. Hacking is too rampant on PC these days and the nonchalant attitude from DICE make me just want to stay on console anyway. It's not a hardcore PC exclusive anymore and there are alternatives on PC nowadays so it's not that bad that BF series has turned completely console-friendly.

MBT also not bad during BFBC2/BF3 and they slowly change to R6 and Apex now mostly. No more custom server for BF by them now I'm playing on console bcoz lots of Asian players plus no hacking prob like PC

Talking about custom server there are only official servers now as that promise of server rental still not yet fulfilled. No hope lah lol as playing soldier dress-up is more important (not that I'm complaining about that aspect as I like to make mine edgy terrorwave) but yeah we can clearly see where the priority is.

I'm okay with official server but custom/rental is a must if wanna do clan/platoon match. BF3/BF4/BF1 years was the beast bcoz every weekend got clan match. plus got live stream on fb too. damn the good old days

Yeah but one easy way to rectify it right now is a better communication method with other teammates/blueberries when playing on public servers.

If breakthrough mode surely most of the time the attackers will lose due to no proper way to coordinate plan to capture points simultaneously. Then one after another ragequit then steamroll it gets boring really. Add to that no switching teams to balance the side it gets even worse

Even the comm-rose is more simplified than ever now.

Grand ops and Breakthrough are tough as fuck when playing with random. Bad communication is the main factor attacker rarely win. But if play with a squad full of ur platoon mostly can turn the tides bcoz ur squad will do most of the works lol :x

do we get to use MORE THAN 8 tanks, 8 airplanes, 8 ships & 8 vehicles this time around for BF 2042?

since now the max players per map is 128 so i guess DICE should uncap the max 2 tanks per map now to at least 10 or 12.

then only we will call it a proper battlefield!

I bet it will be more since the map will be massive
