if you want to capture your team's voice, i think in game voice chat works. (Get into a squad, talk with each other there and PS4Share it. Everyone's voice will come out.)
Besides that, you can do what I do, and use an external game capture card.
this will capture everybody's voice chat, be it in a party chat or in game.. provided you set up your physical connection properly.
best method to do this is to use the camera as your mic. This will then send all audio through HDMI which will be picked up by your capture card. (also be sure to enable your computer's mic so that it can record your voice as well, since the ps4 doesn't echo your voice chat to your speakers
