no. its new feature from the 2.0 update. now you can include ppl voice in the same party when you save a clip. but we need to allow our voice to be shared first. but as in the pic above, you cannot set it to allow.

ya, that one can only record our voice. but now can record our friends' voice in the party. but that setting is unavailable to enable it

anyone feels the server is laggy currently? all my list of servers have only 1 bar connection status. ~
