my understanding is that, the port is blocked thingy that u see at the bottom right of your BC (assuming u r using BC 0.84) is the port of your router. Encryption protocol always or auto detect has no effect on that. Even if the port is green light but still tm net is throttling over their part...It work very well.When I saw the port is blocked I just do the encryption.Usually need to wait few minutes to unblock the port.
