Want to ask something. It's kinda strange for me.
When torrenting, we suppose to open the port for the apps isn't? When I open the port, the download speed become 1-5kb. But when I blocked it(means i use other port which I didn't open) Download speed boost up to 20-40kb Wonder how's that happen huh? Can help? |
