and btw, i've been using BitComet 0.81 for the past 5 days and was getting 0kbp/s download/upload while it!, and so i've re-installed lower version and it works fine

at this rate, i've decided to stick myself to this verrsion of BitComet, at least i get something. btw, my current ip range is 60.xx.xxx.xxx

yes bitcomet 0.70 works well.but just remember to increase the Global Max Uploaded rate to about 80% of your streamyx upload speed. for those with 512k just put around 30kbps

there is no throttle, and nothing to do with the earhquake, all system go as usual!
it's all in your settings.. recheck and it will work! |
