and btw, i've been using BitComet 0.81 for the past 5 days and was getting 0kbp/s download/upload while it!, and so i've re-installed lower version and it works fine rclxm9.gif

yes bitcomet 0.70 works well.but just remember to increase the Global Max Uploaded rate to about 80% of your streamyx upload speed. for those with 512k just put around 30kbps rclxms.gif

there is no throttle, and nothing to do with the earhquake, all system go as usual!
it's all in your settings.. recheck and it will work! whistling.gif

again, till today i have not seen any drop in my dl speed at all.
it's all in bitcomet configuration.

i) your max torrent upload speed (too much and this sometime chokes your bandwidth)
ii) is your router been attacked by remote port scanners, flooding or DoS
(you can get this from your router firewall logs) thumbup.gif
