err ... guys ..what will u do if the file u trying to dwl stuck and stop dwlding ..it seems that the file wont continue download anymore ? how to play it?the preview thing in bit comet doesn't seems to work ...i use window media player to open it but cannot ..how ?

my upload speed seems to be faster than my download ..can anyone tell me how to fix this problem ?last time i got no problem at all ..recently , reformatted my comp n n reinstalled bitcomet ..i forgot the settings ..pls help me ..
like download : 35 kbps upload 40 kbps .. |

hey can u guys help me out?my dwl speed always lower than upload speed ..i can get around 30kbps ... anyone noe how to solve dis?
