How much did you set your connection? Don't set it too high or it would really choke your CPU.

BTW I'm on 0.93 and it's working great although not stable.(30-190kB/s)

What do you mean by connection? unsure.gif

I have set it low like yours before but my computer still choked.

It was my computer that choked not my modem, I can still surf internet using my another laptop, but not my computer. icon_question.gif

Guys, I'm still on 0.93. Is 0.96/0.97 beta any good? I'm lazy to switch back and forth beacause I once updated to 0.94 but it hangs on my comp.
I guess it's something called BCMAX IIRC. Used once before and hell it takes too much system resources. Used 0.9x and never looked back again. rclxms.gif

Yea it is. I'll try using the newer version and see how it works. Thanks. icon_rolleyes.gif

Added on November 23, 2007, 4:03 pmI just tried the new beta version of Bitcomet, the max speed I can reach only 10kbps...

Am I being throttled?
