anyway, you can go to "Auto Stop Task" and set the smalleset value
and then enable the "Shut Down Computer when All Tasks Are Auto-stopped"

juz now find something that funny in 0.76
go to Option > Language
and see the last selection

if you aledi enabled DHT Network
then it maybe mean that your DHT cannot found any peer, all of your peer found in tracker...

you try wait a few minute first
and see is there any changes...

if all the peer still show as 'local' in initiation tab
then, please do the port forward

you should have both Local and Remote in initiation
else, if your initiation juz show Local
that mean your router aledi block your bt listening port
do port-forward and allow that port to be connect
then you will get both Local and Remote

i also experience this problem too
after become seed and want to share
it cant connect to that tracker

my solution is, stop and reconnect
or close the BitComet and try to connect again

oh? didn't notice tat tho... but I changed back to 0.70 again (due to can't stand the large mem usage, twice the size of 0.70...  ) 
my bt dl won't work well with utorrent tho... the speed not stable (always up and down  )... unlike my bc 0.70 can run steadily at 55k+
