he tell me open it with IE, and encode to Chinese Simplified
and then, i hv no problem to read the file...

after open the file
it surprise me...coz i read this article before!!

sometimes when i online, the folder will pop up. maybe once a day. dunno why. i already have all the necessary video codecs installed in my opc.

that 512kbps is download speed...
if you subscribe to 512k package
ur upload is 256kbps
then ur limit should be 256/8 = 32kbps
32 x 80% = 25.6kbps
then ur upload limit should be less than 25kbps

if you subscribe to 1M package, then you should limit to 38kbps

since that tmnet didnt provide us 100% speed, you should set to lower upload speed...
512k > 22kbps
1M > 32kbps

if limit upload speed didnt solve your problem, you can lower Max half-open TCP connections that can found in
Preferences > Advanced > Connection
you can set to 8 (default is 10)

if you still experience the same problem again
then you can disable the DHT
and restart the BitComet again

for 512k package
set upload to 15,if you set aorund 22k..your download will get affected.
i have been using upload 15 for the 1 year liao..if tmnet didn't throttle the conenction,the download rate should maintain btw 55k to 60k

for 1M package
se the upload around 30k should be alright

but also cant connect!!!

I wont recommend Bitcomet anymore. It sucks now.
I was happily downloading from 50-150kB/s using the previous version.
After I format my PC, it seem to went wrong. Using 0.76 seems to crash every now n then. Download was crawling all over the places and downloads always stucked at 99.x%. Now only I get why my bro n sis grumble Bitcomet was slow when I installed them on their PC.

Now I too have moved on to Utorrent and gained back to 50-150kB/s speed. To hell with Bitcomet.

@lAh0S, just revert back to previous version-lor, as easy as that.  BTW, does utorrent has a better encryption than BC? can slip thru TM's BT throttle?

my 0.65 stable comet is now giving me very slow speeds.. what's happening to comet?

therefore, all will still die under tmnuts!!!

i just found eMule hidden running on my system a few day ago, which i don't know, how the application being in my system32/dlg/... , from that day, i suspect eMule somekind a unwanted software -- well it's affect me

that is the goodness lah. plus downlaod and upload speed at 2MB also. plus it only cost rm 60. sigh..

hmmm, i'm downloading from from comp, and bitcomet can only connect with proxy... and after i uninstall it and reinstalled 07.0, it couldn't resume my downloads even though i didn't delete them
