if got 1 remote also mean that you have success port forward...
try download the later version
the bottom right there will tell you that are you success portforward or not...

if it say no and you aledi make sure you have done the portforward
then maybe becoz of your firewall that caused the problem

i assume the kbps is kBps

170kBps to 200??????

about the memory issue
i think can say as "fixed"
becoz the memory used in my pc for BitComet is always around 20-40K only

if compare to the Firefox which is at least 70K and sometimes can reach 100K+
the BitComet situation is much more better

i have upgrade from 0.57 to 0.63,, then go to 0.70, and then many many version aledi
but never face a problem that the download task cannot be continue in later version

i even try to downgrade too
but didnt affect anything...

Riger DB102 is the modem that tmnuts give to us since last year... maybe July
since that µTorrent also will cause hang, i think it is only possible that your connection or modem/router have problem

try check is your modem and router are overheat
if not, then maybe is the connection problem

he said the latest BitComet will make the connection unstable
but i didnt face this kind of problem!!!

in this step, i think the better way is to remove the bc! extension and make it to .avi extension only

try check your Proxy settings under Preferences...
see is your BitComet connect under Proxy server or not
if yes, then please select No Proxy, then click OK
check again the light

ironically, i also face the same problem
even other bt client, µTorrent also show it is block...

i have set proxy juz now, it blocked
after set to "No Proxy", it become Green Light
but after restart, show Yellow Light again
yes, i also face this
want to subscribe for VPN, but the speed i get is not what i desire...
