For Vidic and Kompany, you'll need fast, really fast fullbacks to cover the lack of pace. Vidic is really good in defending, but when you come up against pacey forwards, Vidic is gonna suffer.

If you are looking for affordable CB, 83 rated Koscielny is the way to go 

My experience using both, but for Suarez, there is 2 version, 86 rated and 88 rated 

Van Persie:
+ Very good shot power and accuracy. If he shot using left foot, keeper will be helpless 
+ Awesome passing skills as well, his attacking positioning is good
- a bit decent pace, he cant run fast like Eto'o

88 Suarez:
+ Also have good shot power, but sometimes he can easily miss the target 
+ Decent passing and have medium defense workrate, so expect he go down a bit to help defending
+ a decent pace (82) a bit better than van persie, and have good body strength 

Either way, both are excellent ST, just need to suit your play style 

Now is a good time to buy player, market crash already 

Kompany is worth it now, market has crashed time to get cheap players 

Even Aguero only cost around 140-150 

As for striker, Van Persie is very clinical. But always try to pair him with a faster partner, as bro Revo and I have in common, one with decent pace, one with complete everything (heading/striking/average pace) and you won't go wrong. Right now, I'm using Aguero and Jovetic paring.

86 Suarez is pretty good as well, good overall player. If your budget does not restrict you, get Aguero. Most complete forward in the BPL. That 72 header is a lie, he can outjump Kompany, Vidic etc      EA logic lulz
