Based on the screenshot of your team above, I doubt it is affected by handicap. Could be the server delay because handicap will only occur if every of your player is rated at a certain level of decree and full of IF/TOTY/TOTS players. Normal cards will not be affected much tbh. As long as your rating is not over 85, you shouldn't be affected by handicap.
