I think the new upgraded 83 Koscielny is worth the price, he cost around 6 - 7k coins. Vertonghen also good CB with decent pace and strength nod.gif

As for CM, you got decent CM already, but consider to look at Gerrard, Eriksen, Wilshere (this one is a surprisingly good)
