Use open sources software if you want to cut down cost of licenses, but depends on what type of training center you are targetting, if micro$oft then too bad.

Hey there ..well i'm actually a IT trainer and i deal with many owners of the IT training companies. .. sometimes they would say not to do this business coz there are many competitor and ask me to support them in way where there is a win win situation..thats what i'm doing now ...and i have built the credibility with them and teh trust...

You need to get the certification from the companies that makes the software.

If you want to train Microsoft software then you need their recognition.

if microsoft, perhaps u can get microsoft action pack so u can have 10 license of almost all kind of microsoft product for internal usage except programming languages and server software(win 2003, sql server standard, ...)

I dont like teaching ppl unless they truely have the spirit and willing to learn.

oh btw the action pack cost you rm 1400 per year
