but.

Usually in finance dept...they 99 %know the latest forecast sales. Bacause it is everything...like cash flow...loan repayment...setting profit margin.

n sp setia need to firecast very accurate sales. Bcs they pump in alot in uk powerplant development(bleeding alot)

worst with ringgit droping like shit.

sp setia can increase offer to get new ppl from other company. But these ppl only interested with staff discount n pay. Most likely no motivation to work hard....as the culture of sp stetia not the same anymore.

those stay one no choice but to stay as they have no choice as they are most likely cant get bettee offer with thier low skills.

So wat might happen in sp stia in 5 years?

It is very interesting.
