Never mind if SP Setia can offer good salary and incentive a lot of people from others reputable developer will join in. I'm sure new management can maintain and deliver existing project with high quality. 250 people out of 1600 people is not a big deal for blue chip company. Furthermore with the slowdown of new property project because of new policies by government it's good for big company to restructure over head cost to maintain profit.
