Bri, when to the CNY event last night. Can see terrace house started construction of the building already. It shld be pallida. Didnt managed to check semi-D cox they closed the upper part of Parc coz of the fireworks.

I spoke to a staff very briefly as I had actually left and turnaround and pull up at the curb. They acknowledge the problem of foul smell from the factory. Didn't find any definite stand of Setia as yet as my conversation was very quick and hurried, but this person mentioned that Precinct 2 & 3 would probably be spared. If this turns out to be a sporadic problem in the future I think all of us could collectively, peer pressure manner, attempt for civic accountability on this factory (公民问责) and create a through and through eco environment. We will only know two years from now. For now, we are all happy.

i called up the sales office and found still have semi -d for sale with price 838k and above, as i am new to this area, can anyone share is this located in Setia ecohill 1 or 2? is it had direct access to Lekas when the township complete? I also notice Tiara South project near by Setia ecohill which the 3storey hse cost about 900k+. anyone had compared this 2 project?
