I believe your prediction from the broken crystal ball shall prevail, SEH, EcoMajestic, SEH2 will become ghost town after VP later. It's so far away from KL and not affordable for most of the people in Malaysia..     

Most likely after VP later, we only can cry in the house and put a listing at the pricetag of 150k, also not sure got people willing to take it or not.   

Most importantly, since LKS left, not sure there is a day for VP or not, perhaps whole project will be hanging along the way...   
I feel so regretful now for not asking your opinion before buying the house in SEH, my bad, my bad

may i ask, this new expressway, is it useful for those who work in KL but stay in ecohill? It seems leading to Gombak area, not really useful ler? What's the point to build a new highway but not leading to the city centre?

my problem same with xemse89, banker said solicitor didnt send release letter to them,  solicitor said developer didnt send billing letter to them, developer said they send out oledi. Hopefully my payment will settle on time.

I not yet received the notice from my bank (CIMB). Isn't it in the offer letter already mention this is a DIBS scheme?

Precinct 1 is terrace and Precint 2 is semi d and bungalow.  Both these are closest to ecohill, just at the ecohill link to Lekas.  Commercial for Eco majestic is right at a new interchange to Lekas
