1.How is the status for the application to MPKJ to set up fenced surrounded double storey link house area? is it approve and will sp setia set up fence for this?
Answer: For terrace house, developer will construct guard house after vacant possession. However, developer will only fence up the guarded area after vacant possession if;
a) There are more than 85% of residents of relevant guarded community given written consent and consents are forwarded to relevant local council; AND
b) With no objection from relevant local council to construct the perimeter fencing.
2. As stuff mentioned, the guard house will be set up for the double storey link house phase, is it the guard house just some wooden type guard house or brick wall type?
Answer: The guard house is made of brick wall.
3. Is auto boom gate with access card entry/exit will built at the guard house to provide better security for residents there?
Answer: No. Similar to Setia Alam concept, there will be guards stationed at the guard house and control the boom gate manually by recognizing the car sticker.
Firstly, thanks for getting the info with ecohill.
I just called ecohill. According to them most of the owners have signed and they are compiling and preparing the documents. After that they will submit to MPKJ to seek the approval. If approved, they will build the guard house and fencing before vacant possesion.
Boom gate I guess we can seek approval once we form our own community. Shld not be a problem.
