If what have been told here is correct, I believe there will be a dedicated exit from EM to LEKAS later.

Nevertheless, even so, EW still need the link to the SEH as otherwise if something happen to that exit, the EW residents will need to go through the old trunk road along the Semenyih town, which is the nightmare for the traffic jam....

Furthermore, SEH most likely will VP by the end of 2015, while EM earliest is in middle of 2017... If SEH cannot make it, what makes people think it is worth to buy EM then, since the precedent case in the vicinity is a failure?

BBW, I think cannot make it to 600k marks due to two factors:

i.) SEH is so far from KL, everyday jam 5 hours (2.5 hour one way), nobody will ever stay in Semenyih. Only monyet will stay here, that's why call si-monyet... tongue.gif tongue.gif
ii.) The most critical issue is, majority of Malaysians not afford property that tag at 600k... Majority only afford less than 300k. tongue.gif tongue.gif

So, I presume even 300k would be stiff for SEH semiD upon VP ler... tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

1.) The dedicated EW exit shall be within any point within the red sport.
2.) EW is strata, I am not sure whether they can make this exit "exclusively" for EW. Nevertheless, I think IJM and the local government agency won't allow loh, how could an exit just built exclusively for one township, it has to be accessed by public mah... Some more, they will be a mall in the EW later, the survivor of the mall actually depends on the buying power from vicinity, so it needs to attract the people from the Semenyih town, including the SEH residents to go there. Connectivity is important and that's why SEH is connected directly to EM, so that public in vicinity can choose which exit to be used and more route to access the mall loh...

Robert gor, SEH 1 focuses on houses and school, SEH 2 is for the commercial, that's the initial plan I presume.

In between we have the EW and of course the Mall ultimately..

Yeah, EW is in the middle, for me it looks like the "second phase". It's success need to depend on the SEH as well, if SEH failed, EW won't stand as well, as overall EW still further ~ 2 - 3 km south from the SEH.

If this is be true, this mega highway shall be cross over centrally along the EcoMajestic... Connectivity is good, but traffic pollution would be intense too....

That one apparently is the interchange for Abaco (Setia Ecohill 2)... So SEH 2 no need to depend on EcoMajestic since it has its own interchange as well... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

One thing new to me, which found out last nite is the propose EAST WEST LINK, that cut centrally along the EcoMajestic (yellow dots line), which will lead to the exit of Plus North-south Highway... That's mean the residents in Semenyih area no need to pass through the Cheras if want to go to KL, but can use the NSE too.... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

The following statement reiterates again the distance from Semenyih to the surrounding, so whether Semenyih is far or not from KL, really depends on individual perception ler.

"In the future LEKAS-Ecohill link will strategically connect the township to the LEKAS highway, making it accessible to SILK, PLUS and LDP. Based on highway speed limit, the estimated travel time is 10 minutes to Bangi, 15 minutes to Kajang, 20 minutes to Cheras, 22 minutes to Putrajaya and 30 minutes to Kuala Lumpur."
