staffs leaving are normal, but mass leaving would create issue.
it is hard to gauge the impact unless we have clearer pictures of numbers of staff leaving.
we have sample size of 7, of which 5 left, 2 stayed, cause cannot leave.
unless there's more info/sample, we are in the dark.
