Just a quick update on this very old post,
Finally i have changed my 4 tyres for my Old Myvi, my existing Michellin XM2 185/60/14 last me for 100k KM...seriously!.. Btw, since the tyres already botak and dangerous to drive, its time to get a new one. After alot of reviews i went thru, i decided to go for Conti CC6 175/65/14 which is the stock size for myvi. Steering feel a bit lighter compare to 185/60/14, i got it from lazada with a very cheap price RM485 for 4 tyres. (compare with XM2 which cost me around RM800 few years back).
One thing i noticed about using 185/60/14 in the past few years, my brake pad has a shorter life span which is around 25000km.
I would suggest giving a Falken Ziex 912 or 914 a try. They are good tyres, with less rolling resistance and good wet grip. However if youre planning to drive like a maniac better stay away from them and other road users, lol. Finally i have changed my 4 tyres for my Old Myvi, my existing Michellin XM2 185/60/14 last me for 100k KM...seriously!..
