Hey guys, as some of you might know I've become quite passive with fishkeeping already due to my busy uni schedule so I'm gonna be letting go of a 3 footer just in case any of you are interested, I'll post the full ad soon in Pet Store after I get all the details sorted out smile.gif

Hello.

Ornate's ive personally seen is at Alive Aquarium Jalan Pudu, or u can try Xian Leng at Shah Alam.

Nevertheless, u can try ask around at FB groups. Try Malaysian Monster Fish Keepers or Malaysian Aquarium Fishkeepers. Quite a few bichir enthusiasts there.

And the address:

Fish World Aquarium
No 43, Jalan 7/40, Taman Pusat Kepong 52100 Kuala Lumpur.

Should be okay. But in this case i guess ur bichir is already dominant. Quite hard to do it, but theres always a way. Tried having bigger fishes than ur bichir?

try to put ur bichir out for few days when introducing a new fish. make the bichir feels like a new home with new fish.

or maybe rearrange aqua when introducing.

only my 2 cents. this idea come from aimank and awansakti. me noob fishkeeper.

I always do that when trying to introduce new friend to any predatory fish. after few weeks, bitten.

I want to try oscar, but I think oscar is to aggressive. I guess forever alone.

u put oscar and bichir? I thougt oscar is like flowerhorn. very aggressive and territorial. my endlicheri bichir is very passive. they only bite when other fish swim near their head.

U gotta handle the aggression. My oscar is quite passive, sometimes timid. In fact, all of my fishes are peaceful. I can even stroke my gar with my hand. Haha
