well.. wat r u waiting for?? give ur current the bos the ultimate letter now!! that's wat i always tell my frens. do not wait for those increments, bonuses, claims etc etc. if u wait, then prolly u'll wait for year end bonus lar, appraisal bonus lar etc etc. and then prolly u ended up staying in ur current job & lose the opprtunity to work elsewhere with better prospects.

look for long term. yes, u might lose those increment etc etc. but u can gain those stuff back in no time. furthermore, u sd earlier that the job scope in ur new company is way better & wider than ur current wan. go & learn new thing in ur new company.

think of it tis way, if a company is willing to pay for ur compensation, they mean business. they r trying their best to make u come over ASAP. they sincerely think ur da best man for the job. samo ur hopping to another MNC, not some cikai punya small cinapek company, apa takut?! the ball is on ur court, mate.

ever heard of sheryl crow's song 'a change will do u good' ? i know shite about network & pc components, now i'm working in the biggest broadband service company that serves hotels in the world. wat d'ya think? if u dunno anything, ask ppl til u understand/know. the hunger for knowledge must be there.

if u got stucked in a company for too long, u tend to get bored. i quit my job in a MNC after 5years in it cos i'm looking for new challenges. and now, thank god i found one.

the 1st step is always the hardest. after that, u'll do just fine.
