I am in the same position. I have applied to a couple of MNCs - received an offer - was in a dilemma whether to change but at the same time waiting to receive better offers.

I mean in life we have to make decisions. The most important thing that I learned while making decisions is to find out whether the job interest you - don't think about the money and most importantly career advancement - ask your prospective employer where will you be in 5 years time?

I can assure you that you didn't make a wrong decision considering there are thousands of unemployed freshies out there. When I first graduated I just accepting my first job eventhough the pay was shit but what the hell it is a MNC company. But look at me know 3months down the road and I am receiving much better offers from other MNCs. So look at the positives.
