to me there's never been any dilemma where job hopping is cornerned. with each hop you'll get better pay... better perks, broaden your knowledge, gather more experience, and most prolly higer position.

I used to job hop 5 times in 6 years. by the 4 fourth jump, I've already reached the same rank as my supervisor in the company i first started. by my 5th jump, i already make double than the colleague that i've left in the first company. by then I dont need to jobhop anymore: i've been headhunted!!.... cos by then I've built enuff repo, already brushed shoulders with all the key players in the industry, already gained enuff experience to make my opinion and suggestion counts.

so what are you waiting for. screw the bonus, bonus are for the weak, opiums passd by the employer to sedate the minions. screw the increment, that's a petty excuse by employers to keep u off thier ass. Jump baby JUMP!!
