Don't think that the grass is greener on the other side, becareful as now in the current company you are a confirmed employee while the new company you need to go through an evaluation of normally 3 months. What if they decidede that they don't need you after 3 months? Then what you are going to do? MNC is good but then usually they are large and ist not easy to climb the ladder there. Just my 2 cents
