day1
breakfast - spirurina pill
lunch - startbucks greentea
dinner - skip dinner, protein shake 20oz, take creatine pill, multi vitamin pill, fish oil pill
day2
breakfast - spirurina pill
lunch - startbucks greentea
dinner - 2 chicken breast OR Just banana, protein shake 20oz, take creatine pill, multi vitamin pill, fish oil pill
repeat day 1 and 2
sat or sunday is cheat day can have light lunch or dinner
99% no rice for months (have some rice mayb once in 3 months)
managed to cut near 20kg and building muscle
human can survive with just water...
