Ok, I just thought of this, I should have just gave you guys my requirement from the start and let you guys suggest, so here they are:

1. Blue switches
2. Blue LED backlight
3. Full layout (I need numpad lol)
4. Media keys, including play/pause, previous track, next track (Ducky Zero Shine and Shine 3 fulfill all my requirements except for this one)
5. Standard layout (CM Storm QuickFire Ultimate, Corsair K70, and Tesoro Durandal G1NL definitely don't fulfill this requirement, but fulfills the others stated above)

- this can easily remapped using software for any keys to become any including macros and script

A lot of full layout white led keyboard can fulfill as long as you remap the keys in requirement no. 4 and 2.

Might wanna consider keycool 108 from taobao/banggood, but they might not have blue LEDs.

Thanks for the info, and this have just proved how stupid I was hahahahaha, especially after seeing your comment on my requirement number 4(never thought of it before lol).
Since that's the case I'll stick with Ducky Zero Shine, cheaper than the rest and the blue LED backlight is already there, don't need the LED changer cover. But I would like to inquire more though, what is this LED changer cover exactly? Keycaps with color-printed fonts? Or is it something else?

As you click the spoiler and see.
It's actually a rectangular colored cover put on LED to mask your white LED to become other color. See picture no. 4, you will see how to set up the cover.
The cover put on top of LED before put the keycaps.
It's not the keycaps, you may use your any preference keycaps.
