Item being sold/bought: Intel SSD 530 series 180gb

Date of transaction: 6th Jan 2014

Details of the complaint :

I bank transferred RM356 to this seller Maybank account 157111609810 maybank KEISAVI A/P ARICHUNA on 6th January 2014.

But i waited until 8th Jan and seller showed no response so i sms her whether she posted the item already? She replied tomorrow.

On 9th January she replied the current ssd for sale had problem and supplier delayed next week and agreed to refund me 1st. I replied my account number to her immediately.

I waited until 11th and decided to sms her again. I called her 3 times but she didn't answered at all.

On 12th January she replied my fund suppose to clear last 2 days ( 10th January ) and she needed to get back to supplier and by 12th Jan night, i will get my refund.

I waited unti 16th January, i called her about 2 times in between but no answer also. And until today i also didn't receive my refund.

I believe she is not ''Conman" as she'd sold quite few SSD on this forum but she is just too slow. RM356 might not be many but that's is quite some money for student like me and i need SSD urgent for works. But this seller ........ hmmm.... Hope she can response faster to her buyers.

So correct me if im wrong:
6th Jan: You bank-in RM356 to his account.
8th Jan: He "claimed" that the SSD had problem and supplier "delayed"
11th Jan: No response from the seller
12th Jan: She "claimed" that the fund will be clear in 2 days (which it did not)
16th Jan: No response nor funds were received

In my book that's called scammer.

Summoning him to clarify. Not sure when will he be on as the last date was 12th January

can't resist but just to share, a new set (eventhough it is OEM set) with 5 years warranty from local Intel distributor costs more than RM500+, and this one here go low at almost half the price and with only 1 mth warranty. I truly wonder what makes you guy jump into the boat. @If it is too good to be true, it is probably isn't@ , this hold true most of the time. At least do more due diligence before you make a payment. Hope you guys will get back the money ASAP.
