Hi, just wanna share my experience here, hope you guys can take note. I'm so disappointed with SenHeng now.
On 21/12/13, I'd been order SenHeng product online (the christmas promotion), it been promised to deliver within 7 working days.
On the 7th working day (2/1/14) , I'd email them where is my product, they told me (3/1/14, Friday) mine was allocated in second batch due to high volume of purchase. If the product still haven't deliver to me by next week, I can email the online person in charge to ask.
On 10/1/14 (Friday), the product still haven't reach, so I email the online person in charge. They replied me will reach on Wednesday (15/1/14). And yes, I was disappointed again. I try to email online person in charge again. Now they are not replying my email. I'd been trying to call their customer line 03-92814040 since beginning of the year, no one picking up the phone.
If this is not SenHeng, I would said that I'd been scammed. How possible a big company like this never provide tracking number to the customer and never pick up the phone call ( I'd dialed 50+ times) ?
So guys, please think again if you buying from SenHeng, I would not buy from them anymore.
