Ok, here it goes..

1st when you notice that 1st wave of creeps are missing, than you now something is wrong.. Usually es will block 6 wave of creeps on the top lane for radiant.. cuz its easier to do.. when you notice that your creep goes straight to their tower without facing enemy creeps.. IMPORTANT: your support hero must not pull the creep to camp.. What the top laners should do is push as fast as possible..

2nd if let say to counter this measure they pick axe.. axe will stand guard at the tower and tank the creep.. this should be no problem for axe.. call up your range hero members to help top lane.. make sure there is 3 heroes at top.. preferably all range or 1 stunner 2 range.. Your other two team mate should stop farming and play safe because they will be lvling solo in middle and bot lanes.. what they should do instead is absorb experience and be lvl6 as fast as possible..

3rd after successfully blocking 6 wave of creeps es will unleash them all at once.. This is where the tricky part starts.. all of the creep will rush you.. IMPORTANT: Don't try and tank them.. You WILL die.. What you should do instead is led the creep to your tower.. after that try and separate the creep to three parts.. 1 hero take the creep to tier two tower.. the two other hero.. should let the creep to other camps and to mid lane tier two tower.. this should reduce the creeps to sizable amount because at this time tier two towers are invulnerable because the tier one are not yet destroyed..

4th When the creep rush starts.. all 5 heroes should be at the top lane and defend the towers.. IMPORTANT: if you simply ignore the top lane.. you will loose your rax in 10-15mins top.. TIPS: Do not tank the creep.. Run away instead.. If you tank them.. they will surround you and you will be dead.. You should let nc and your own creep tank them instead.. the two solo heroes earlier.. hopefully already at lvl6.. should be your main carry.. killing the creeps and enemy heroes..

Last: Depends on how you play you will loose your tier 2.. but at least your rax is safe.. after the last wave of creep ended.. you play accordingly..

Inb4 TL;DR

If u see es and axe line up, quickly have sum1 pick lc.. give lc solo lane either mid or offlane.. focus on lvling skill 1... when the creeps release, call lc to defend and spam skill 1.. lvl 3 skill 1 might be enuf to clear all creeps if timing correctly.. bam mass gold and exp for lc.. might kill their hero as well

Really really TLDR       

Your method may workable if only opponent team still laning at their own lane.
You forget to factor in if EarthShaker give the cue releasing the wave of creep and all their team start grouping and join the creep wave attack.

Moreever, Earth Shaker may also delay or halt the creep from moving away from the tower.

Then u can rage quit.. or pick earth spirit to troll ur team.. kick them to the creep...

Or use astral od to trap ur teammate at the center of creeps , mcm unker salu buat.. =p
