this scenaria hv been launched since end 2012... until now still hv many unsold units... looks like their sales is just so so... that's y can see them advertise here n there. pity them...

Problem with these units is they all call themselves "near Mont Kiara". Yes, it's a 15 min drive if u know the shortcuts. But the road bypass a kampung road (Jln Kg Segambut Dalam). Once I was jogging along this road and was surrounded by 3 or 4 Mat Rempits asking for money/handphone. I chased them away with a big stick. A woman would not have been so lucky.

yes, UOA is a good developer, build things fast. However, I won't pick high density for own stay, furthermore the price for this project is not reasonable.

This project alone is too high density, minimal privacy, thousands of people share the same facilities. And too high density don't seem to appreciate much in future.

so the new project ia just scenaria la.. high density still suitable for middle class people as long as its relatively cheaper than similar mid density condos
