Kadokawa's Fantasia Bunko imprint (Fujimi Shobo) announced on Wednesday that an anime adaptation of the Amagi Brilliant Park light novel series by Shoji Gatoh (Full Metal Panic!) has been green-lit. Kyoto Animation is producing the anime.
The "slapstick drama" begins with Seiya Kanie, a high school boy who is invited on a date in an amusement park by a mysterious beautiful transfer student named Isuzu Sento. He is introduced to Ratifa, a "real" princess and the park's manager, and is asked to be the acting manager of this "disappointing amusement park in the Tokyo suburbs."
just come to accept it la, kyoani will never do a continuation for FMP. the next part is just too dark for kyoani. i mean, Mithril got it ass kicked, kalinin betrayed them, a girl that look like chidori that sosuke gets to know get killed with a shot to the head in front of him, then kurz webber died in a sniper shoot out. im telling you man, kyoani will not be doing FMP's continuation.

Either that or maybe they'll do a 3rd season when the situation calls for it.. I wouldn't really call Fumoffu a continuation..hence the 3rd season seemingly how fans raged that there isn't a FF7 remake..saving their trump card

nostalgia fags still wanting full metal panic animu. wake up, there won't be any more FMP adaptation unless the author wants it. And the author is now more comfortable writing about cute girls doing cute things, and wants nothing to do anymore with FMP that features mechas of mass destructions.

didnt know this from FMP author. though i read a few manga chapter already. no wonder there a fumoffu suit in the manga. so if him then, i can expect lots of laugh.
Kyoani need to make a fantasy anime already, i really like the colour palette/scheme for this series, couple that with great animation. Dayum. Oh and episode 5 is great.
