to be exact is i wan to rip dvd into divx/xvid

oh,
since u already save the iso on ur hardDisk, then try guardianKnot
load the iso in it, choose encoder [divX/etc] n walla, it'll convert it for u

for more advance, u can use virtualDub, avisynth etc.. but not recommended if u know nothing >_<

first u need to rip the dvd into iso, then use AutoGK to convert it.
AutoGK is the best software for divx convertion.
The quality is superb...

i've tried DVDx 2.5, A1 DVD ripper pro v1.11 to rip a dvd with subtitle, but the subtitle appear from middle of the screen, and continues to the left edge of the screen, please advise!
