I ditched my D4 due to the stupid XQD memory that always have reading problems. Hope the D4s dropped the XQD and bring back dual CF slots.
So far, all I know is that D4s will have the same sensor, enhanced FPS and low light AF, updated image engine(???) rumor still affirm that the XQD will make a come back along with CF card slot (which currently XQD and CF is having a conflicting issue in D4) |

All pro shooter hate it. CF still the best.So far, all I know is that D4s will have the same sensor, enhanced FPS and low light AF, updated image engine(???) rumor still affirm that the XQD will make a come back along with CF card slot (which currently XQD and CF is having a conflicting issue in D4) |

The XQD is a very nice piece of technology but the adaption is way too early. It is like SSD to HDD.
The current issue with D4 is the read/write of images when you use XQD along side with CF cards, which causes countless errors with the CF while the XQD is in use. Nikon admits the problem and still addressing it which I could see that they are trying to put in the same thing for D4s. Have to wait till CP+ later in February for the official announcement |

It'd be great if they could increase the megapixel count AND maintain the same burst rate.
