it's a hypothetical question and need not be too careful with the answer.
my point is, do not be too extreme in most undertakings. sometimes it's really hard to U-turn if one is too extreme.
i'm not saying prop is forever UUU, and neither am i saying prop would DDD.
just saying there's more to life, that's all.

Got money to buy property but can't clear off few thousand credit card debt..lol

Actually quite a few flipper have debts over their head, their life is like walking on thin ice, anything go wrong Domino effect losses everything.

You can see quite a few here. .Bubble Phobia...lol

At time need to forgive them, imagine living in their shoe..

eg
Knowing there r so many flippers compete with you selling same property with some offer lower than u.

After u bought a property you can't afford a basic car, even after collecting good rental.

After bought a few properties the only place to earn some egoism is to post in property forum to gain some praises for those newbies. .sigh

Can't wait to be a TS, get irritated when another fellow start a similar thread, claim refused to comment but often come in to compare his better version & ask TS to close the thread so that he can reinstate his V2 & become TS..lol
