I think u better confirm with the real bank loan officer. Coz I know CIMB calculation is the best oso can not offer so good package.

That y, funny ler. My friend bankruptcy still can come bk during CNY. Somemore every yr.
Anyway he bankruptcy ard 20 yrs ago. Only thing he can not bk for long term.

It depends on ur net income n if it's high enough bank has no issue in going up to 80%.. OCBC is known to give up to 70%..

Correction. Should ard 15 yrs. I recalled he kena GAO GAO In 1997. All gone becoz of share.

At first he wat to settle all financial problem n ask me to check. Of coz I only try my best to ask banker n my lawyer. At the end he gv up oso due to certain reasons.
Actly he start thinking try to settle coz bank is going to lelong his property after more than 10 yrs din pay installment). So, we try to talk to banker, is any way to get back the property. Bank offer is just settle all the loan amt.( bank can waive all the penalty n interest. Only charge some admin fee). Anyway, he gv up too.

So the property come to lelong. U know the existing owner how to bid the property ? At the auction day. This new owner tell all the ppl on the spot n commit to gv them 2k each if he succeed bid the house n ask them dun bid.

Anyway, he is quite successful in china right now.
