I dont think rooney and rvp will return that early. Most probably welback. Hoping to see mata, kagawa and januzaj leading upfront next week.

Just be patient guys, moyes is trying to work on his system with players he needs for that system to work. I remember how entertaining Everton play last season. Just hope wirh the changes we can even back to be strong contender in Europe. We have already performed decently in UCL group stage.

No such quota anymore (in part due to EU employment laws). If memory serves now it was changed to a quota of "home-grown" players. You need to have a number of players who came through the club academy from the age of 16 and have been in the setup for x number of years.

For us, the da Silva twins, Evans, Welbeck, Cleverley, etc all count towards that. That's another thing why all the people raging for Cleverley and Welbeck to be sold ignores
