If its unfriendly, then we won't do anything. If its harassment, like if they threaten to beat you up, then forward it to a Staff for further action.

cuz he miss understanding on my sales... i ask him to open up his eyes big big look and look properly before asking question...

he reply me
"i was cool until you replied me with the word, and i quote:
'open ur eyes... big big and big... please read properly b4 ask question...'
good day to you."

i think he report it and this will disturb my sales...
