Currently planning to buy a unit there. I have a few questions

I searched this forum n crossed upon some bad reviews of the management. But its an old thread. Wondering if its still the same.

Unkept facilities, club house, driving range not open. Is it still like that?

The thread is 2009/2010 so just wondering if its still the same as its been 3 years already.

Want to buy for investment, coz that area is growing. But if the condo is bad as 3 years ago. I dunwan la

Buy now, macam wasted your time/money only.

For investment, I don't think it's a good idea, but for family living it's good.

My parents bought one unit for me when it first launched - sure, after the whole hoo-haa about the clubhouse, driving range, facilities all tak siap, of course marah a bit la.

But looking back - where else were you going to find a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment + 2 parking lots for just around RM 100k (price when they first launched)?

Facilities wise - bad choice. But space/arrangement wise, good choice. Dunno if investment would look at those or not.

Because now all I see the apartments/condo semua 3 bedroom - tiny also. Desaminium 5 bedroom, I think almost 1k SQF, and I love their arrangements - you don't see blocks stacking infront of each other - nice view and nice air.

as of today, all the facilities have been sold to some company i think. This what I've been informed previously. Desaminium flora is 3 room and 2 bathroom apartment. 850sft.

monthly maintenance 120.if you plan to get it as investment, current rate for rent about RM900. Still so many looking to rent there.

Eh. Don't remember. I think it's been around for at least 5 years - because when I was in university, the apartment was completed (and I was in uni 7 years ago).

Whoops, so the 5 bedroom is not flora? Hmm. Can't remember the name, I only remember all of them are called Desaminium.

Ah, I googled it - the 5 bedroom is Desaminium Rimba.
