all fast food, especially deep fried, very high in calories...want healthy food? go for steam, grilled or broiled...some are tasteless, so choose what you want to eat... whistling.gif

YUMMMY!!!! btw, did anybody notice the sodium values for McD's Grilled Chicken Foldover, the "healthiest option" are the highest of everything in the list? biggrin.gif

I like Chili's a lot...but after reading the nutrition guide I think I better change to sushi next time....toooooo high the caloriessSSsssSS!!!!!

only thing i'd add to that is eat what you want but within reason. dont go out and eat 3 tubs of butter or 5lbs of fried pork skin.

well, the key word is moderation...eat and do everything in moderation..anything excessive is not good, no matter how healthy something is.
