Tech Support Problem With ZyXEL Prestige 600 series, After doing "RESET" can't get connection

OK, later today i did a "reset" on my modem just to have a fresh setting. But suddenly i couldn't get any connection after that...!

What went wrong then? I already tried calling Streamyx Technical but no success after he guided me through a fresh setting. My account has no problem what-so-ever.

Has any of u experience like this before? After doing "reset" cannot get connection?

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Delete old connection setup, make a new one like setting with a new computer. I did so because i just got a new laptop and i want to setup the streamyx using it...

Update:
I just borrowed my friend's Aztech modem and tried to get a connection with Streamyx but also cannot..! What is happening here? I called Streamyx but my account is active - ID and password are still the same. I even tried my brother's account but still no luck.

S.O.S please...

are u using the modem's built-in dialer, or u are dialing from Windows?

i'm using Zyxel Prestige 600m modem...... no problem at all..

why do you have to reset?? no such thing as FRESH setting.. ti's the same lah bro.......


when you RESET..... did you follow the instruction properly???????

if u didn't , you may have screwed the IP configuration......

First at all, you didn't provide much details here.

You use bridge or route connection?

You borrowed the Aztech modem from you friend, you can't connect?

Any error messages?

Probably..

your AREA

is maybe G.DMT or T1.413


but your modem defualt is G.LITe.. so the DSL link keep blinking..

try to change the modes.. or put MULTI.. if still cannot...

maybe the VPI ... all wrong adi
