Using this bulb currently and it does get you into trouble with JPJ once in awhile but nothing wrong since it not HID. Most of the time they will ask you to pop the hood and just show them no ballast (HID or not also cannot tell some these JPJ people)

Just make sure you got some yellow spotlight to back you up during raining days because it does get absorb in the rain on black tarmac.
