okay. please people out there, i dont know whether maxis is closing an eye or because they loves biz68 lovers, they are not giving you any terrible speed yet and there are people keep pushing maxis. keep asking them this and that. personally i feel, RM68 is totally worth it for 4gb of high speed. Not to mention you still get good speed up to 7mbps after quota. what else can you ask for? keep pushing maxis and they will implement 128kbps i tell you all out there. Please use some brains people. when maxis is giving you all the privilege, appreciate it. AND COME ON. GET THE HINTS ALREADY. MAXIS SAY THEY ARE IMPLEMENTING THIS AND THAT. THERE ARE OUTSIDE SAYING FEB WILL IMPLEMENT THIS AND THAT. BUT DID THEY EVER SAY DOWN TO 128KBPS? ALL THEY EVER SAID WAS *experience THROTTLED SPEED after exceeding quota and still surf for free*. Wow. what a coincidence that i am a dealer too but i dont seem to receive such memo. And on what basis that you are saying this `memo' is legit? i could just made up something like that on other providers and spread it out. Second thing here would be, actions speed louder than words, for now i am able to prove what i said is right. We do not talk about the future without substantial prove. If you can prove to me official maxis memo stating that, i will apologize and close this thread. Peace bro

Okay. maybe my statement wasnt clear enough. i dont literally mean here. there are hundreds or maybe thousands complaining on maxis web and maxis forum. This is what happen in CELCOM MI38 PLAN. you can look out for that case in the internet.

good seller! I had some complications with the conversion of my old plan to this plan but the seller was very helpful and patient in dealing with my problems! highly recommended!

After the quota it is from 4mbps to 7mbps as you said, and it's been 36 hours and I've used 27GBs, hehe. Thumbs up!
