in regedit need set wat giving startup window more faster(except of the following)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control panel/Desktop Frontsmoothing Fromsmoothingtype HungAppTimeOut WaitToKillAppTimeOut any thing can set will got effect |

personally you can start off from
start>run> 'msconfig' at the startup section uncheck on the ones you dun want to run upon startup. i wouldn't want to delete the registry startup as its permanent |
